  • Do you take corporate bookings or employee relocation?

Yes we do.  We cater for both leisure and business stays and have an excellent track record of supplying initial temporary accommodation for assignees coming to London and then helping them find longer term rental accommodation in the capital.

If you are interested in one of our properties for an extended stay of a few months, please just ask.

  • What do I need to bring?

Yourself!  Plus your clothes and travel documents etc of course.

You will not need linen or towels, we will supply hotel grade linen and towels including for any sofa beds if you let us know your party size in advance. We also provide hairdryers, an iron and some toiletries snacks and drinks to get you started.

The kitchens are fully equipped and you can arrange a food delivery in advance (just ask us for the full postcode) or pop to one of the local shops for some essentials.

We do not supply adaptors for electrical appliances or phone charges so please remember to bring those from home.

  • When can I check in?

If you book direct with us then, subject to availability, you can check in anytime from 7am on the day of arrival.

If you book via our partners such as Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Expedia and Tripadvisor then check in is from 3pm onwards.

  • How do I get the keys?

There are no keys to collect.  We operate secure keyless entry with an access code personalised to your stay.  Look out for an email from us a few days before you arrive with all the information you need.

  • Will you be there to greet me on arrival?

Typically no.  Flight delays and queues at passport control can make estimating arrival times challenging and we do not have dedicated front desk staffing at each building.  You will be provided with all the information that you need for a smooth self check in.

  • What about checking out?

We ask that you vacate the property and simply close the door behind you by 11am on the last day of your stay.  You do not need to clean the property on exit, we will arrange that with our housekeeping team.

  • Are there any left luggage facilities?

Only one of our buildings has this facility however please ask us for a referral to a left luggage service which can be conveniently arranged so that you can make the most of your last day.

  • Do you have wifi?

Of Course!  Every building is set up for wifi for our guests which is included in the price of your stay.

  • Do your apartments have a workspace?

Our smallest units are known as “pods” (or private en-suite rooms).  They will have small desks and a chair to work from.  Some of the apartments have dedicated desks but they all have dining table and chairs for a bit of home working

  • Are you pet friendly?

The short answer is no.  We recognise that pets are an important part of the family however due to many of guests suffering from allergies, we have taken the decision to make all our properties pet free.  We do, of course, welcome support animals and guide dogs.

  • Are there any laundry facilities?

It depends.  All our apartments have washing machines, some with combination dryers.  Our smaller units (pods) do not have on site laundry facilities however if you do need to wash some clothes, ask us and we can direct you to the nearest launderette.

  • Do you have car parking?

We do not and we strongly discourage bringing cars into central London for reasons of cost, stress and sustainability.  If you are planning of having a car with you let us know and we can direct you to the nearest fee paying car park.

  • Are the properties cleaned?

The properties are cleaned to a high standard prior to your arrival with enough linen and towels for your stay.

During your stay, we will not typically clean the properties so as not to disturb you.  We make a modest charge to your booking for an end of stay clean so you do not need to undertake that yourself.

  • What happens if things go wrong?

It would be perfect if things were perfect and this is what we always aim for but, unfortunately, it is a fact of life that sometimes things do go wrong.  We have a full team of locally based booking staff, housekeepers, maintenance staff and property managers as well as an out of hours emergency number to support and resolve any problems.

Safety and security are absolutely paramount for our guests.  We take it very seriously indeed as we have a duty of care to you and have a reputation to protect so you can be assured that we have given this utmost consideration.  We have CCTV in most communal areas and, as well as your personalised code which changes with every stay and is confidential, you will be given an additional key for the door to your property.  We supply safes for important documents in every single property which we encourage you to use.  That said, we always recommend you get travel insurance for all manner of eventuality when you book any trip for yourself.
